&lt;p&gt;One thing that’s striking to me is how much the digestive organs enlarge…The heart and lungs don’t grow so much…also the fat distribution is totally different….Athletic people have fat on muscles that are used often. Sedentary people accumulate fat around their middle.&lt;/p&gt;
