The “Restaurants” Ipod nutrition application, lists the nutrition facts of popular restaurants. Have you noticed, nutrition facts are not listed on items in the restaurant you go to, except for maybe subway, yet they don’t even include every nutrient? This should be made law, but that is another post. Still, this application is great to keep track of the nutrients you are consuming.
It has over 30 popular restaurants, like Dairy Queen, Subway, Wendy’s and more.
Nutritional info includes: calories, fat, calories from fat, saturated fat, trans fat, sodium, sugar, vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron, and more.
